For weddings, we typically recommend a service flow that looks like this: pop-up bar opens for welcome drinks as guests arrive. Food truck begins service during the evening meal window — usually a 90-minute to 2-hour window. The bar runs continuously from welcome drinks through to your agreed closing time. The coffee trailer opens post-meal for specialty coffees, hot chocolate, and after-dinner drinks.
Dietary requirements are standard for us. Vegetarian and vegan burger options are always available. Gluten-free buns can be provided on request. We label all allergens clearly. For guests with specific requirements, we're happy to discuss bespoke options in advance.
