How We Select Traders

• 1.We check for quality traders local to the event first — if you're nearby and you're good enough, you're in.
• 2.If the event needs more capacity or a cuisine type that isn't available locally, we bring in traders from our wider network.
• 3.Every trader is vetted to the same standard regardless of location — quality and professionalism are non-negotiable.
